It looks like we have buy in from the math teachers. They want to use it but don't have the training. We need to spend time developing lessons to integrate them. Having used the system, I know first hand that the students like it. I have just had difficulty writing all the lessons necessary to use it more consistently. Working together will get us further than working alone!
ReplyDeleteI agree. I have known about the navigators, however being unable to make the trainings over the summer has caused me to hesitate at the opportunity. It is risky to use this system without the proper training or experience. I don't think we need to be trained all at once. Multiple mini sessions will help with our busy schedules and probably remember more. The vision statement is clear and straight forward. It should be easy to reach our goals.
